  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping is FREE for ALL orders (including international shipping!) 

  • How long will the shipping take?
    • Shipping times are based on where you live. Typically, the item will be shipped and delivered within 15 – 20 days. 

  • Where is my tracking number? 
    • You will automatically receive your tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. 

  • The tracking number shows delivered but I did not receive the item. What do I do?
    • Please contact us immediately using the chat bot located on the bottom right of the website. We take this seriously and will be investigating with the shipping carrier. 

  • What’s your return policy?
    • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are only available for damaged or defective items. If the item is damaged by the customer, we are not able to accept the return. Returns are free of charge
